Hypertension/Diabetes Clinic
The purpose of the Hypertension/Diabetes Clinic is of offer detection, referral, monitoring, follow up, treatment and patient education in regards to some of the chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

- Blood work-fasting ( by appointment only)
- Hearing screening
