Deby Spangler, Motor Vehicle Safety
Deby
Spangler is a Registered Nurse in the High Risk Nursery at The Medical
Center. She has specialized in high risk newborns since 1994. Deby became
a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician in 2003 and a member of
the the Safe Kids Columbus Board in 2004. Her daughter, Katharyn, has
also become a Child Passenger Safety Technician.
